I wanted to activate my debit card and requested for code but received a prompt that my bank declined the request and that I should call them. I called my bank and they advised that the request from PayPal has already been approved because a sum was deducted from and credited back to my account which means their verification is completed. However when I checked on my wallet and click on the debit card account, I do not see any button or link on which to process transfer request. I also opened the PayPal account balance page but there is also no button or link that allows me to cash in to my PayPal from my bank of acccount. I need to make payment to Brazil from the Philippines and I want to use PayPal.
