I opened my paypal account today and havent linked my bank account yet. So I transferred funds from my IDEAL account to paypal account by the option of 'Instantly add amount to the paypal account'. But in the paypal account it still shows that I have zero funds and in my bank account it shows that the amount has been deducted. Does it take time for the funds to be transferred into the paypal account or do I have to link my bank account first and then I will receive the money? Can someone please help me out, Thanks
