Cannot add tracking information

I sold some digital goods a few days ago, and the order was processed. However, when I tried to mark it as “order processed” so I could receive my money, the popup stated that I would get it within one day of shipment. Since the goods were digital, there was no shipment. I tried to edit the shipping information, but an error message keeps appearing that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. Now I can’t get my money. Is there anything I can do in this situation?
