Can I add a prepaid Visa card to my account?

I know that this is possible in the U.S., but I'm not sure if it's available in Canada. If someone can help it'd be appreciated:) thanks

Yes, you can link and confirm a Visa prepaid card to PayPal wallet and make purchases with it. Cannot extract funds from the card to your PayPal balance though. Make sure you register the card at the prepaid card website under same name and billing address as your PayPal account. When you add card, PayPal will have to validate it with 4-digit PayPal code and temporary charge which will be refunded upon successful confirmation.
