I was able to add the account (as Community Federal Savings Bank), but PayPal seemed to have problems verifying the test amounts sent. The Transferwise account received both of them, but then PayPal cancelled the return payment. I tried to add the account again, but PayPal keeps giving me the same error message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I've tried a dozen times to no avail. Any options?
Sorry for the confusion. To be fully transparent, Community Federal Savings Bank is not compatible with PayPal, meaning that you won't be able to use this bank with your PayPal account. If you have a debit card connected to the account feel free to link the card, however the bank account information cannot be used.
