1. When trying to reach customer service, the site asks for the last four digits of a credit card and when I input them, the site tells me the numbers are invalid.
2. I've recently updated my last name but PP has not sent me a new card. There is no "send new card" link in my account. PP is not up to par with technology and customer service and if they cannot amend this issue, I will cancel my account and go elsewhere.

Here's another really annoing bug related to their support process.
I created an incident (ticket) and got a reply the next day, fine.
At the start, they tell you how to reply by copying the following link and pasting to your browser. BUT GUESS WHAT??? NO LINK!!
Surprise surprise. Probably just another way to shortcut their support after giving wrong information on the first response.
"Hey look, we must give really good infor to customers cause no one seems to reply after that" Dahhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Good grief. This site is a mind-field of stupid. Why on earth do I need a forum room? I don't. What I do need is a link so I can order a new credit card which Paypal has not sent me since I've needed one three weeks ago. The autoresponse fields in this site are ridiculously skewed for simple questions and answers to avoid real discussions. The obvious "help links" do not exist. And trying to fill and send an e-mail is impossible.
