Here's another really annoing bug related to their support process. I created an incident (ticket) and got a reply the next day, fine. At the start, they tell you how to reply by copying the following link and pasting to your browser. BUT GUESS WHAT??? NO LINK!! Surprise surprise. Probably just another way to shortcut their support after giving wrong information on the first response. "Hey look, we must give really good infor to customers cause no one seems to reply after that" Dahhhhhhhhhhhh!!
