Hi, it's a while now since we are registered at PayPal, we are based in Mauritius and currently, we can only send money but we cannot receive money! We are operating a unique online community portal with many features that are quite innovative however, many tools that we are using are made overseas (USA, France etc.) and they already have Paypal integrated as only mean of payment options.
How is it that we can only send money but cannot receive money, we are operating a genuine & secure business that is quite promissing both in terms of income and community friendly and we have the right as any other business (all around the world) to be part of Paypal authorized user to receive money as well, otherwise, how long can we still send money without receiving money? Does Paypal think that we are auto-generating money and do not need to receive money to be able to send money?
Look Paypal, this is a life cycle, we must receive to be able to send and vice-versa without receiving it's impossible to continue generating fund all along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
