i sold items & shipped them before getting paid. the buyer has funds in paypal, but hasn't sent payment to me yet.
after 4,5, 6 reminders, & # of emails, still don't have payment.. beware of ('' belgium buyer '' ppbperry ) he says he will pay, but still waiting.. i trusted him... no more ...
