Okay, can someone tell me how to get to multi order shipping? Is it gone or am I blind?
Log in to your business acct in the non-classic version. In the header menu at the top, click or mouseover Tools > All Tools. Then look for "Multi-order Shipping" box, click on the "heart" icon to add it to the Tools menu in the header menu.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
