Pay Pal is no help in trying to get my refund!!!!!!!

Pay Pal will not help you when trying to get a refund, they give you all kind of excuses, i recived a no good phone on june 8th, i contacted the seller and told them the phone is no good, the seller wanted to know if the could send me another one!, i told them NO, i want my $128.00 BACK, so i sent the phone back on the 28th of june, i contacted Pay pay and they said weil in 10days of the date that you sent the phone back we will credit you the money back, ha, ha, they gave me a case number to keep incase i called back in, well i called back in 6 times they said there is no such case number, after going throw a bunch of different people, i found one person that says oh i see your case BUT, it has been closed , yes im on fire now, he says do you want to appeal this case i said YES right now, well they appealed the case, so i waited another 7 days i called back in, And again they said well your case is closed i told them that im not a rich person and i want my money back, then they say well you have to contact the seller, well pay pal is the one that took my money, so my credit card company said that i had to go throw them to get it back, i have alot of emal from pay pal and when i call them back it is COMPLETELY so different, well we do not see that email that was sent to you, at the beginning when you sign up with pay pal they say if there are any returns that they will help you 100% NOT TRUE. Iam so upset with pay pal in trying to get my money back that is due me, they lie and they give you the run around...... so im going to pull my account with them i will NEVER EVER go throw them again, NEVER i suggest if any of you out there think you want to buy throw pal pal and have a return well you just lost your money, because they could care less they lie,. i learned the hard way, IF YOU NEED TO BUY ANYTHING GO TO AMAZON they will help you and you have no troubles getting you refund... i belive the seller is a fake as well the phone came from china, they sent me a prepaid shipping lable, and it was the wrong address, it has been sitting in customs they say, paypal told me this so i got the tracking numb
er and it is in customs so again i got a hold of paypay gave them the tracking number they say well that tracking number is no good,or that is the wrong number i told them i got the number from the post office in the beginnig when all of this was going on,PAY PAL said that they would go after the seller and get the money back to me then they would go back to the seller and they seller willl have to pay pay pal.... HA!!HA!!, just be careful with whom you are dealing with, as i said im staying with amazon.....

Did you open a paypal dispute online?
Did you ESCALATE the dispute to a claim within 20 days?
Did you wait until paypal found in your favour?
Did you send the phone back trackable and supply paypal with the tracking number?

OK one last question, how did you pay via paypal.
Was it an invoice or money request or via ebay or did you send the money and if so which option did you choose?
