Patron for years, I'm disheartened with you Paypal

I have been a patron for the honesty and your credibility on how you guys handled cases, but this one had me blown off.
Since the investigation was completed, despite my cry-all went down the drain.
I am not interested on something else, I am irate to lost a case that clearly I have been frauded while he is telling you guys the opposite. A huge slap on my face of you guys favoring him! I mean this guy needs punch 'o face med from me. Your siding someone who clearly has so much intention of making another victim here.
Sorry have to express myself, I did appeal only to make me more irate. If you think this is improper, terribly sorry but don't mind. I sent my ever lasting appeal now and if I got another blow from it I'm really leaving Paypal.
