How can I update my pan card in paypal

Can contact PayPal by message center (bell icon), phone, or PayPal site:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US.
5. You'll receive a One Time Password which is required to be entered on the website while you are on call. After the OTP is validated, you will be able to make changes in your PAN card details.

Via PayPal website:

1. Log on

2. Click 'Gear icon'

3. Go to Account Options

4. Click 3rd option from drop down menu: PAN

5. Click Edit:

• You can now update your PAN Card details
• Your verified PAN card number will be shown on your PayPal account.
• You can make changes in the PAN details by clicking on the 'Contact Customer Service.'
• You will be given two options while trying to contact customer service for making changes in the PAN details. You can either change your PAN through Call or change PAN through email.

Via Message Center:

Compose the a message by dividing it into Topic, Subject and the body of the message. The topic could be 'My Account,' the Subject could be 'Changing PAN card details,' and in the body of the message, explain that you wish to change your PAN card number and make sure to give the current PAN details and the modified PAN details. After you have given all the information, click 'Send.' You will receive an email from the PayPal customer services once your request to change PAN card number is approved.
