funds release from HOLD

Greetings. I have reached my original amount of funds being deposited when I first opened my account. My business has rocketed in the past 2 months and they won't increase the monthly amount until it has gone over the original amount for 3 consecutive months without holding funds for 21 days! I have entered the tracking numbers to help speed that 21 days up, but still...... So here is the question: at the 1st day of each month does that roll back to $0.00 and free up the money being held????? or still on hold? What a nightmare when your business does really well and you're still paying their fees, MY money is still being held and they collect interest..... not cool at all. Any thoughts or suggestions?

@wolfspawsandcla,

Thanks for reaching out to us and my apologies for the inconvenience that these temporary holds on your payments have caused.  We may place a temporary hold on some payments if you're new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute has been filed against you, or if we have questions regarding your transaction history. If your money is on hold you can access it sooner by shipping the item and marking it as "processed". Once we confirm the buyer has received the item and is happy, we'll release the payment within 7 days. Depending on how the item is shipped, we may automatically release the payment within 3 days after we verify the item is delivered. Learn more about holds here: http://bit.ly/1MSQ0hO
