My buyer keeps saying she didnt recieve the pkg but i have proof she did by a tracking number, how do i get paypal to release my funds?

If she opened a dispute then provide paypal with the tracking number and you should win if it shows trackable proof of delivery.
Advice is voluntary.

No she didn't open a dispute but they still haven't released the funds even tho I called them and gave them a tracking number
