I have sold an itme bed on eBay 21 November 2017, brand new itme buyer have collected the time and now they have open a case on PayPal saying it’s not as describe, and of course they have useed it and saying the screws are coming off, at the time of Collection we have both parties check all the parts. what will be best option for me to do now ?
