I have a few question, first I wanna change my business account to personal account but it only says close my account on status, second the items has been delivered for a few days, and customers ignore to confirm the receipt, how am I supposed to get the money release from PayPal, some customer wanna refund but on my page it says clearly no refund and they open a case dispute so PayPal take money away, it's very unfair since I have done my work shipped item and delivered as it described but PayPal still hold my money or take the money when there's a case opened ,where the money goes when the case closed, who decide who wins the case? can anybody help me
