The buyer wants a refund because he said the goods are fake, but I have an invoice and it is 100% true. And I think the buyer will exchange the goods, but now the money is still in my account. What should I do now

You can refuse a refund and let the buyer open a dispute, then provide as much information as possible to paypal and hope they find in your favour.
Advice is voluntary.
