What should I do when a customer got the items and also charged us back?

One of my customers got the shirts and also charged us back. And now she is saying she hasn't received the item. So I checked to track and it was delivered at the provided address and now she is saying she has changed the address and the new owner must have got it.

Call customer service. If the tracking show delivered, they should be able to send your money back.

simom87 I checked the tracking details it was delivered to the correct address. I told my customer about the same. Then she told me she changed her house and someone else would have got it and they have sent it to the post office. But nothing worked. I know she is lying. If she would have changed the address she would have told us in the first email when I emailed us.
