Someone made a false dispute against me saying that the item received was not as described. Except there is no item. I don’t sell anything. Just someone making a random dispute against me, they refused to close the case and now I don’t even have any way of contacting them. I can’t even respond to the claim with any information because the item in question doesn’t even exist. Please help.
Someone can open a dispute if you received a payment for goods and services, other than that they would not be able to open the dispute you quoted that they have opened.

I did receive a payment from them, but it was not for an item, service, or good. It was just a payment they made to me. They refused to close the case and I have no means of communicating with them now.
