Payment not add in my balance

today i got a payment but the payment not add in my balance .paypal send me a email .I add screen short of this email. I cant understand why this happen,because i got lot's of payment before from this marketplace . paypal told me to give information but i did not understand what information should i include.

Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you're running into unauthorized case as a seller. These can happen from time to time if we or the buyer's funding source detects unauthorized activity. Hopefully you have not shipped the item yet. If you have already shipped the item, you'll want to follow the instructions listed at the bottom of the email you screenshot above to respond to the case.
