I sold an item in July and recently the money from the buyer was removed from my PayPal which meant my balance went into the negative. I asked the buyer why they claimed so late and they responded they never got the parcel and think it was stolen outside their apartment. I’m unsure how this is my fault as eBay stated it was delivered and I don’t want to add £50 into my account to restore the balance. Has anyone got any advice?
