Contacting a customer

I sold 12 items to a customer.  I only put 10 item in his bag and didn't notice till I got home.

How can I contact the customer to see if I can mail the 2 items to him or if he would prefer a refund for the 2 items?  He lives out of state.

I see you want to get in touch with your customer in order to send some items. I would recommend you to get their contact details in the PayPal Activity page. You should be able to find the email address or phone number there.
