Dear All,

I have received an email from PayPal that someone has made a case on you and you have to return the money. Then when I saw my account it was in a negative status. It means I need to put money in my Paypal account. I did put the money and automatically it has been deducted from my account. But when I am going to case resolution and want to respond again it shows the same case. My question is, did Paypal returned the money to the person who cased on me or not? if yes, then why it is not disappearing. If no, then where the money went?
