Hello everyone, I have a closed case that ruled in favor of the buyer. The buyer provided wrong evidence and I have real evidence. How can i reopen the case so that I can provide my evidence?

You have 10 days to appeal a case decision. The appeal can be made via the closed case in the Resolution Centre.
