I had a buyer open a dispute then escalate to a claim without communication. The buyer files because they claim the GRADING is inaccurate. I upload roughly 40 documents that support my listing and product. Im told there are pages of notes from the buyer. I ask where because theres no communication in resolution center, im told the notes are from the buyer calling paypal. Im them told that my photos, will not be used to refute their 1 photo, im also told that they will not reference the grading system. What is seller protection? Ive done everything possible and was told my evidence wont even be looked at. Im so confused.
