I created the account but the wrong type of account. i have not finalized details as im trying to cancel it.

so that i can open a new account. i do not have the information they are asking.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Paypal dont want execute my delete account demand. My account is restricted and i dont know why. I try five times to solve this and its impossible. Please help me.
