I receive the following message " Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you", although my account was verified through my mobile phone.

Please let me know what is the problem, Thanks

Welcome to the PayPal community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing. The error notice you mentioned displays when you are having login issues or attempting to make a payment. If you are doing any of these tasks, I recommend you try a new browser or switch to another device, most likely a computer, to see if it works. Before doing these instructions, clear your cookies and cache.

If you've tried the above methods and are still having problems, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for more assistance.

I can't log in on my PayPal app installed on my phone.., when i tap on button to receive text message code to confirm that it's really me, it automatically says: "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". Please just let me freaking log in and use the application normally ffs..

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

HELP!! My partner just made a PayPal account and we keep getting this message "We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact Customer Service for more help, or try logging in again" and also got a message saying "Can't confirm its you" when we literally use the step 2 Authenticator app and have access to the email and phone number

If we cant access this account we really would like it properly closed because it is linked to our bank cards and have personal info!
