I receive the following message " Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you", although my account was verified through my mobile phone.

Please let me know what is the problem, Thanks

I have similar issue but I forgot my password - after resetting the password and log in again it is said sorry we can’t confirm it was you. I tried to call the customer service but after 15 minutes listening to music it changed to a busy tone and nobody answers the phone.

Got an email asking me to log-in to activate my account.
When I try to log in, this happens...
Password reset did not help.

I just want to log in to delete my account. I don't even have any money on it.
I do NOT want to call PayPal. Why is there no alternate option?
How do I solve this without calling..?

I did, it was a legitimate PayPal link.

Made to look like it maybe but paypal NEVER send links in emails for you to log in or do anything to do with your paypal account.

I get the same error when I try to log in directly onto PayPal from here and in fact I got it as I tried to log in to PayPal BEFORE I clicked the link.

 

Thus it was a legitimate PayPal link, I inspected the URL and email contents as well.

 

I don't have anything on my PayPal account, I just want to deactivate it without having to call.

I keep getting the message "We can't confirm it's you" when I try to login, and it comes up even after I try to reset my password successfully, and when I asked to text or call me, I get this same message. I think I might be getting frauded? Any solutions?

hoping everybody is doing well, I'm not receiving the SMS or text to confirm my identity to login in my account. Am locked out from accessing my account yet i have serious bussiness to handle. What can i do? please help me

I can't login to my account since 6 months. I have called several times to support. They reset password and everything for me. Rest my mobile address etc.. But I still can't login. It still says "We're sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". What the hell is this even support guy couldn't fix it. I have more than 3000 USD there and I can't touch it. My account is fully ok. I just can't login to transfer it. It start happening when I lost my previous computer and move to a new operating system windows 11. I verified my mobile number 3 to 4 times through support. And reset passwords tons of time. But still the same. What nonsense it is ? Please fix this.
