I receive the following message " Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you", although my account was verified through my mobile phone.

Please let me know what is the problem, Thanks

Looks like PayPal still doesn't care about their customers. Same problem, no apparent solution.

You can try this (worked for me)

Install the paypal app on your phone.

I logged in withtout having to confirm with a phone number.

Once there, you have to go on your setting and "confirm" your phone number.

After you confirm your phone number, it will be unlocked and you'll be able to login from anywhere with a code sent on your phone.

Good evening everyone my uncle need help because everytime he log in his paypal account it says Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.... What we gonna do to fix this problem?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account. For secuirty reason, access issues must be resolved with our Customer Support directly. 

 

To contact us, simply click here. Click on Password and access issues, then Login problems. There you will be able to contact our Customer Support without logging in.
