I can't log in to my account.
email and pass are correct but I get this message
Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.
What does it mean? A couple of days ago everything was OK.
I had to create another account to post this message

What do I do if I can't access my Gmail account?
To recover your password:
Go to the Google sign-in page and click Need help?
Enter your email address, then click Next.
Enter the last password you can remember, then click Next.
If you have a recovery email address, you will be sent a verification code to reset your password.

I said about the PayPal account.
The recovery password doesn't work also.
I get the same message -Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account. To get this sorted, you will need toc contact our customer support directly. This can be done by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of any PayPal page. Then click Password and access issues, then Login problems. There you will have the option to contact our support without logging in.

I am having same issue and the crazy part is I have messaged support like 10x for password reset of which i could reset but I still can't log in. Even the customer care seems to be confused. I really hope we find a solution to this mess

I solved my problem. In an unusual way.
I was able to log into my account over the chrome browser on my home computer. Other browsers like firefox and other on this computer got the same error.
I fully deleted my account and recreate it again with the same login and pass. Now it works everything and everywhere

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
