PayPal won't let me change this personal account to business account. How do overcome this?

I've read so many posts about being able to change your personal PayPal account to a business account to avoid leaking my real name to strangers on the internet. I've already leaked plenty, however I also want to avoid further leaks by upgrading my account to use my online alias as both recipient and sender instead. When I try to upgrade my account to a business one it would not let me. This is the message I get when I try: "We can't upgrade your personal account" I am the sole proprietor of my home "business."

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
