Not getting SMS message to login - UAE

Hello, this is my second paypal account. My primary PayPal account has 2fa authentication setup and I'm not getting the SMS since yesterday. It was working fine before. I restarted my phone, reset network settings, put the SIM card in another phone, and called my service provider who said there was no issue since I was getting other SMS messages, just no code with PayPal. Country is United Arab Emirates.

Contact your carrier to confirm that they aren't blocking any texts from short numbers, and to otherwise troubleshoot your inability to receive the SMS from PayPal.
Advice is voluntary.

I did contact them. They said nothing from their end. I asked if any messages were blocked or on hold or something and they said no.

I have same issue with UAE number
but we will not recieve any solution from PayPal till 100 people will send them claim

I'm sorry to hear you're both not receiving the security code needed to log into your PayPal account. When logging into your PayPal account, please ensure you're using one consistent device with your location services turned on and that you've deactivated any hosting IPs or VPNs. If you're still unable to log in and you've tried quite a few times recently, please allow 48 hours before your next attempt. After that, please contact Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of the website if you don't receive the code again.

I am also facing this problem. And there is no contact option in UAE Paypal, I am unable to contact paypal team. I am very disappointed because I can't contact with your any team agent or didn't recieve any help with your team. There is a system error from paypal please resolve it, my business activities are paused due to this distraction

I have the same issue. Been trying since 2 weeks first they refused that there's an issue then they said there's a technical issue affacting UAE customers. Till now issue is not resolved

I am facing the same issue. I haven't received the OTP code to confirm my Dubai phone \ number and open a new account. I have another two acc. I want to open one to connect to my Dubi bank account. I am very disappointed; there is no way to contact customer service as you need to log in to your account for it. However, if you don't have one, There is no phone to call; maybe we should go to the headquarters here in Dubai personally to get an answer. I am thinking about doing this. I am now trying to add the phone number to my other account and see if I can link my bank account or card.
