Hello, I can't use dot (.) during password change even if it's mentioned as acceptable.
I guess it's a bug.
I can't find right form for bug notification.

This is notification about wrong password...
But in Help is:
- Use lower case, upper case, a number, and a special character ( like: ~!@#$%^&*()_+=?><.,/ ).
It's obvious that there is some mistake in translation of requirements to SW developer. 😄
Thanks to this, PayPay is the only web service that I use which prohibits dot. 😅

Why would it be so important to use it when there are loads of other characters you can use?

Instead of being sarcastic it would be better to explain you are talking about a developer issue and not just a straightforward password change.

From my PoV of developer considering all sources (form notifications and help information), it's obvious that initial intention of customer (PayPal) was not to exclude dot (.) since it is common special character allowed in any web service that I know. If it's not allowed then usually because ALL special characters should be disabled (password should include only letters and numbers), but this is usually feature of old (unsafe) web services.

Same issue! Cant use "dots" in my password. I would like to use it, as I have a dynamic password system which includes "dots" and is accepted by all webservices so far. Except for MONEY TRANSFER paypal.
