I am sorry to know that you're having issues while logging into your account and I understand this can be frustrating. If you have moved from one country to another country, you'll have to close the account and create a new account in the new country, if you wish to open an account with the same registered email address. Also, you may create a new account with new email address. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to login to your PayPal account without a mobile phone number attached to your account as you'll not be able to receive the code. In this case, the best way to resolve this issue is by contacting PayPal Customer Support team so that one of our advisors can assist you further. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
