I can't use paypal anymore and trying to contact customer support doesn't seem to work

A few weeks ago I wanted to make a payment only to find out that I was unable to because of some limitations placed on my account. I went through the steps of resolving these limitations by providing more information and re verifying my ID. Sadly after doing this I got the message saying "You can't use paypal anymore". I've tried contacting customer support but the AI chat functions simply doesn't load half the time and when it does there are never any customer support representatives available. Contacting paypal in any other way also doesn't seem to issue a responce.

 

I'm kind of stuck here as a lot of the time paypal is the only accepted payment methode that I can use.
