I use PayPal solely in my browser connected to the EA App. Why is the EA App still showing my old e-mail after I changed it and removed the old address?
Is it just because EA is a nightmare to deal with?
from download difficulties to poor tech support, to censorship, to rude community members and their no returns on DLC...I only deal with the company because I like one of their games that I am into for over $1500 USD. This is by far the worst entertainment company I've ever had to deal with. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to put down the Games's box and walk away!
Is it something on their backend?
I just bought a game and that is when I noticed the old e-mail address, otherwise I would have wrote sooner. EA is the only company I buy from that still lists my old e-mail address because I have checked my settings tab to see if the old address is still on file and it is nowhere to be found. So I don't know which e-mail is getting my statements and receipts.
