Reporting a scammer or fraud

So I have sent $ to a person who posted some items for sale on Facebook. She gave me first a PayPal email to send her the payment, it didn’t work but then she sent me another email to send her an electronic money transfer, which worked . She received the money and never sent the item. I have her PayPal email address and a screenshot of the PayPal payment I was trying to perform. I also have a screenshot of the payment I sent her by money transfer. She ghosted me since then and never answers me about shipping my item. Please advise on how to report her so she doesn’t continue scamming people.

Which option did you use to send the funds, ie friends/family or goods/services?

It didn’t go through with PayPal but the scammer then asked me to send the funds via EMT, and received my payment and blocked me and never sent the goods. The reason I’m reporting it here is to help the community and not allow this scammer to continue scamming other people.
