How can I close my account when it´s reviewed?

Hej everyone

I want to close my business account.

I haven´t used it for almost a year now.

When I try to close it it says "Account is being reviewed and can´t be closed".

What can I do?

You can't close it if it has any limitations?

Your best bet is to contact customer services and see if they will close it for you?
