Error when adding a contact

Hello, I want to add a new number on my account, all done and correct but the system always say the number is not correct. I've checked X times and it's all correct.

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours.
Once you are able to login, please try removing the number and try readding it. Here’s how you update your phone number. Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
