Deleted previous paypal.me account due to moving abroad, will the link be available?

Hello,

I had previously created a business account that I've not used, and had made a paypal.me link with the username I preferred. 

However, due to moving abroad recently, I've had to delete my previous paypal account as the laws of my previous one do not apply to me anymore.

With that, I lost my paypal.me link that I wanted to use for my business. Will the link be available once more after the deletion of my previous account is fully processed or have I lost the link forever?

Depends what country you are in now as not all countries have the paypal.me option.
