I can't close my account

I created a business paypal account in the wrong country (US instead of Germany).

I wanted to close my account, so I can use the email adress to create a new one in my country. 

But I can't close it and can't write to customer support, unless I have provided information (US adress and SN tax number) I do not have. 

How can I contact someone to close my account manually?

Unfortunately you may not be able to close it. 

Try logging out > then going to the U.S paypal site > use help/ contact to get the phone number and use the 'guest' option.

They may be able to help you close it but I doubt the customer services in your own country can help with a U.S paypal account.
