unlink number from deleted PayPal account

How do i unlink an mpesa number from a deleted PayPal account? I have tried emailing but I did not receive any help. I want to link that same number to my new account.

@manju_ I already contacted and even emailed their agents and they told me to contact paypal. i keep being directed back and forth.

I'm sorry to hear that they have directed you to PayPal for resolving this issue. The M-PESA FAQ on their site directs customers with difficulty linking to contact them.
