Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you thats my issue in my account

I'm having the same issue. This is the 3rd time. I login ok then try to transfer money out and it says security check then quickly skips to "cannot verify it's you' screen. The last 2 times this happened I called the help number and was told there was a 24hr security check hold on my funds. They never could tell me why but next day I could transfer my money out.
