paypal api backend personal usage

I wanted to ask if there is a way to have a PayPal API only for personal use, to be able to withdraw all the transaction data e.g. who i sent money and how much and WHEN, to evaluate the data in a selfcoded program? i would appreciate your answers🙏🏻
