Hi, I have been having problems with loging in. For some reason, when I enter my password and email adress corretly, it tells me it cannost verify me. Even though I know everything is correct. What am I suppoused to do?

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

Well I do not log in though my mobile phone, but with my notebook.

Sorry, I did not understand the comment properly. Well, yes, I do have it registered on myself. But I did log in before. This is happening since the last week
