I see you're concerned about your husband's PayPal account. In this case, you can ask them to contact PayPal over the Phone and get their password reset.

They can find the contact details by following these steps. 

1. Go to the Contact Us page by visiting the Website. 

2. Select Password and account access.  

3. Select Login problems

4. Click on Call Us Icon
