As per title - I've updated all cards but it still says I can't delete an address as it's "in use on 3 cards". What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello @captainflashy,

Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while updating the address on the account. Please be advised that you may be unable to delete the address because you should have at least one address on your account. First, you will need to update the current address and then remove the other one. Here's the help center article with the tips to know before updating the address. If the issue persists, kindly clear cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device to see if that works.

Good Luck,

Ayesha

Hi Ayesha, Thanks for the reply. I have 4 addresses and I'm trying to delete 1 of them. Unfortunately it says "You're using this address for 3 cards", but when I go to the cards in question, that address is not listed.

Thanks

Hi @captainflashy,

Thank you for coming back to us. Generally, if the address is attached to a registered card it will look for you to change the address associated with the card before allowing you to remove it. If the address is not attached to a card then you should have the option to remove it. It sounds like something might be going wrong in the background. I would recommend to contact us directly so we can help you with. Click here to contact us.

Thanks

Paula
