Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! This is a great question. You can register your phone number on more than one PayPal account, but you can only confirm it on one PayPal account at a time. The phone number on your personal account may need to be confirmed in order for you to log in. With that in mind, we ask our customers to normally limit their accounts to one personal and one business account. You can read more about confirming your phone number here.
