Unable to add phone number

I have opened my account a week ago. I am trying to add another number and it says, contact customer service. Can someone help me to fix this?

Is the phone a mobile one registered in your name and issued in your country?

It's is issued in a different country

Thats probably why then.....

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
